Get enough sleep

(These were billed as “8 Tips to Beat Holiday Stress” but seem like good advice anytime. Of course, she had me as soon as she put sleep first ;-))

  1. Get enough sleep.
  2. Exercise.
  3. Stay in control of your eating.
  4. Take your time; plan ahead.
  5. Learn from the past.
  6. Make time for real fun.
  7. Behave yourself!*
  8. Fill your heart with love.
